Open Enrollment for the 2017-2018 School Year BridgePrep Academy of Riverview still has some spots available for new registrations! Help us spread the word and refer your friends and family to join our BPA family!

Cheerleading Informational Parents and students grades K-6 join Mrs. Wynter and Mrs. Rolen on Tuesday, October 17th for a quick cheer informational. (Please plan to attend to obtain liability waivers prior to tryouts) Grades 3-6 Tryouts will begin October 18 & 19 4:00-5:30 Team Members will be announced Monday, October 23rd

Making Strides Against Breast Cancer T-shirt Sale! Bridgeprep Academy of Riverview will be participating in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk on October 28th, 2017. To help our team raise money, we are selling a special spirit shirt that may be worn by students on Friday, October 27th for Pink Out day. T-Shirt's are $15 and order forms can be obtained in the front office as well as downloaded from the school’s website. The last day to purchase shirts is October 12, 2017. Please submit payment with order form to the front office.The Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk will take place on October 28th, 2017. Registration begins at 7:30 AM and the race will start at 9:00 AM. Make sure to wear your spirit shirt to the race. We want to see 100% participation for this great cause Bulldogs!!!

October is National Principal's Month! October is National Principal’s Month! We want to celebrate our awesome Principal, Mr. Jacobs!!! Mr. Jacobs is a graduate of the University of Florida and has been a Hillsborough County Educator for over ten years. We celebrate Mr. Jacobs this month for his commitment to education, his fearless leadership, and for making sure that our students at Bridgeprep Academy of Riverview have a fun and engaging educational experience! Be sure to give Mr. Jacobs a high five when you see him around campus. Thank you for your hard work and dedication!!!

SPIRIT WEEK 2017! Spirit week is 10/9- 10/13!!! We want to see all of our brilliant, beautiful bulldogs in 100% participation!! Be sure to download the flyer to see what theme we have planned for each day. We are super excited to see everyone next week! Go Bulldogs!!!

Hispanic Heritage Week! During the months of September and October our school will be celebrating our Hispanic roots by having a Spirit Week inspired by the diverse cultural backgrounds found in our school. We ask all parents and students to support this important celebration by participating in bringing the necessary items or food requested by the school’s Spanish department. The celebration will take place during a whole week were students will be participating in different activities that go according to the following schedule: Monday 10/2: Music- dancing music from Hispanic countries Tuesday 10/3: Movie day- The Book of Life (tradition about the day of the death from Mexico) Wednesday 10/4: Craft day: masks, etc Thursday 10/5: Bring Hispanic Food or Candies Friday 10/6: Show/Tell- bring object and explain the connection with the Hispanic culture

Picture Day 10/2/17 Picture Day is Monday, October 2nd! Make sure your child comes dressed in his/her best uniform and smile!
